Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by OVIU, including submitted website requests, artwork and WhatsApp notification records.
- Message OVIU on WhatsApp or call +1 (514) 707-6991.
- Say “Data deletion request.” Identify the phone number used for your request and, if available, its reference. Explain which records you want removed. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
- OVIU will review the request, verify ownership when needed, and explain what can be deleted and any information that must be retained for transaction records, legal obligations or disputes. We will confirm the outcome through your contact channel.
Stop WhatsApp updates
Reply STOP to an OVIU notification to stop automated WhatsApp updates. Stopping messages does not delete an order or cancel a request. An opt-out record may remain so that we continue to respect your choice.
Delete designs saved on your device
Use the Designer’s saved-work controls or clear oviu.ca site data in your browser. This does not delete requests or artwork already submitted to OVIU; contact us to request their deletion.
Copies held by other services
Deleting OVIU’s records does not automatically remove messages from your WhatsApp device, another participant’s device, or records controlled independently by Meta, Square or other providers. Use those services’ privacy controls for their records.
